By accessing or using the TimeLogic platform and services operated by TimeLogic Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

TimeLogic provides time tracking, leave management, scheduling and related workforce management tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Use the service in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Transmit any harmful, offensive or illegal content
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Subscription terms, billing and cancellation are governed by the plan you select and our billing provider's terms where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TimeLogic Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
